Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Marketing:
Develop and manage relationships with GPs, support coordinators, aged care providers, and other referrers.
Coordinate outreach campaigns, events, and community engagement activities.
Prepare marketing materials and social media content aligned with brand identity.
Track referral data and assist with reporting on marketing ROI
Identify and research new business opportunities or geographic regions
Human Resources:
Coordinate recruitment campaigns (ads, screening, scheduling interviews)
Manage onboarding processes including induction schedules, contracts, and policy delivery
Assist with performance tracking, training records, and PD compliance
Maintain HR documentation including leave records, staff files, and policy updates
Support team engagement initiatives and internal communication
Selection Criteria:
Experience in business development, HR coordination or a similar hybrid role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively
Understanding of allied health or healthcare industry (desirable)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Xero Projects, or recruitment platforms (desirable)
