Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Process claims for NDIS, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private clients.
Reconcile remittances and follow up on overdue payments or rejections.
Support payroll reporting and liaise with bookkeeper or payroll provider.
Maintain up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
Assist with budget tracking and financial/ performance reporting.
Compliance & Systems:
Support preparation for audits (NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, WorkCover).
Maintain provider registrations and associated compliance documentation.
Track insurance policies, registrations, and legislative updates.
Assist with updates to organisational policies and procedures.
Maintain data protection standards and reporting templates.
Selection Criteria:
Experience in accounts administration or compliance (preferably in healthcare or NDIS).
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Experience using Xero, Nookal, or similar practice management systems (desirable).
