Job Opportunity: WMC Operations Coordinator
Location: Yatala, QLD

Employment Type: Full-Time- Temporary position with possible future permanent opportunities
Hours: Rotating Roster between 7am-6pm & 6am-6pm Mon-Fri
Rate: Between $38-$45p/h + Super

Randstad is hiring on behalf of a well-established technical solutions provider and is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their Workforce Management Centre (WMC) in Yatala. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a dynamic and close knit-team environment and has a passion for coordination, communication and customer service.

About the Role:

As the WMC Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting subcontractors and ensuring service delivery meets high standards and strict SLAs. You'll be the operational link between the field team, internal departments, and clients managing daily communications, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining job compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support and communication to subcontractors and technicians.
  • Manage technician schedules and address "on the day" jeopardy jobs.
  • Monitor job completion and ensure adherence to time slots and quality standards.
  • Respond promptly to client and technician queries via email and phone.
  • Prepare and distribute daily operational reports.
  • Support technicians with app and device issues.
  • Maintain accurate job notes and ensure manual compliance.
  • Monitor WHS practices and report on SLA adherence.
  • Handle a range of admin and coordination duties, including inbound and outbound calls.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in customer service or operations support preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
