Trust Account Administrator – Part-Time (30+ hours per week)
Are you a detail-driven finance professional who thrives on structure, precision, and a love of spreadsheets? Niche Holidays Noosa is seeking a Trust Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time role offering a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Daily management and reconciliation of the trust account
Oversight of all charges and supplier account management
End-of-month processing, reporting, and financial administration
Ensuring full compliance with trust account regulations and legislation
Assist with trust audit requirements
Assist with BAS, GST, and P&L preparation
Liaise with external accountants
Support the senior leadership team as required
Engage with key stakeholders and company Directors
Preparing reports as required
Support the finance team in system improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated experience in trust accounting and financial compliance (ideally within the hospitality sector)
A current Real Estate Sales Certificate (essential)
Strong proficiency in Excel and Xero (essential)
Experience with Resly software (highly desirable)
Flexibility to work some weekends when end of month processes fall over a weekend
Meticulous attention to detail and an analytical mindset
A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously
A love of spreadsheets and structured processes
Live locally to Noosa to minimise commute
