We are an integrated building development group with in-house teams for design, earthworks, steel, cabinetry, and construction. As our project pipeline grows across Western Australia, we’re looking for a Development Planner to join our team and drive the early-stage planning and subdivision approval process.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and lodge Development Applications (DA), Subdivision and Rezoning proposals

Conduct site due diligence and assess planning compliance

Interpret and apply WA Local Planning Schemes, R-Codes, and WAPC policies

Liaise with local councils, consultants, internal design, and construction teams

Monitor and manage the approval timeline, identifying risks and resolving issues

Support internal concept design with strategic town planning input

Requirements

Degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Land Development, or related field

2+ years of experience in WA planning or land development

Strong knowledge of R-Codes, WAPC, and local planning frameworks

Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for internal coordination
