Hey, we’re looking for someone friendly, switched-on and super organised to join us full-time and keep things ticking smoothly behind the scenes.

This isn’t just your average admin job—it’s a chance to be a key part of a busy, growing business where your input actually matters. You’ll help manage the daily operations, look after our amazing clients, and keep our team of technicians moving from job to job without a hitch.

We’ve got a great culture, a solid team, and we’re growing quickly—so we need someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, keep calm when things get busy, and bring a bit of heart to the role.

What your day will look like:

Answering phone calls and following up with clients

Scheduling jobs across Perth using ServiceM8 (our job management software)

Chatting with our technicians to keep them on track and in the loop

Sending quotes, following up on feedback, and helping with rebookings

Keeping things moving in the background—invoicing, note-taking, team comms

Spotting small ways we can do things better and actually telling us!

Someone who’s calm, good with people, and loves structure

You enjoy bringing order to chaos (and maybe secretly love colour-coded spreadsheets)

You’re confident speaking up and keeping others accountable when needed

You like being the go-to person—and can juggle a few tasks without freaking out

You’re the kind of person who likes to make things easier for everyone, not harder

Full-time role, Monday to Friday, based out of our Fremantle warehouse
