About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive the smooth operation of a busy, modern practice. You’ll oversee the day-to-day flow, lead and support our team, and work closely with the practice owner to maintain high standards across every area of the clinic—from patient experience to infection control to systems and structure.
You’ll be on the ground, not behind a desk.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduling, daily operations, and resourcing to keep the practice running smoothly
Lead team performance—support, mentor, give feedback, and manage expectations
Manage rostering, leave, training, and performance reviews
Drive front-office and phone service excellence, training the team in high-EQ communication
Own infection control oversight and compliance systems
Use software and tech confidently to manage data, bookings, reports, and internal workflows
Bring attention to detail and follow-through that reduces owner rework and improves consistency
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience managing a team. This can be in healthcare, dental, allied health, retail, or hospitality. Dental experience is not a requirement, as we have a robust system to train and mentor the right person.
Knows how to prioritise, multitask, and keep things moving without reminders
Has strong digital fluency
Leads with a calm, clear presence that inspires trust from both patients and team
Is comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and wants to grow alongside a business
Spots the small things, knows how to improve them, and has the communication skills to bring the team on board
