About Us

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic. You’ll work closely with our Business Manager while leading and supporting the admin and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Staff management, HR, and rostering

· Medicare billing and financial administration

· Onboarding, training, and supporting staff

· Ensuring compliance with accreditation and practice policies

· Supporting patient experience and clinic operations

About You

· Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager or Healthcare Administrator

· Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

· Sound knowledge of Medicare billing, HR, and practice management functions

· Experience with medical software (e.g. Best Practice, Pracsoft, or similar), or willingness to learn
