We’ve just launched a new, modern dental clinic – Ezy Dental Group – designed to make dentistry easier for patients and professionals alike. We’re now looking for a hands-on, experienced Practice Manager to lead this exciting new chapter.

This isn’t your average role. You’ll be the driving force behind everything – from setting up systems and hiring the first reception staff to supporting marketing campaigns and building a five-star patient experience from the ground up.

About the Role:

You will:

Lead all day-to-day operations of the practice

Hire and train front desk/reception team

Oversee scheduling, rostering, and resource planning

Set and monitor patient experience standards

Collaborate with our internal marketing team and drive local strategies

Support recruitment of experienced dentists and coordinate rosters

Occasionally help on reception/front desk, especially in the early phase

Develop systems to ensure smooth, scalable growth

About You:

You are someone who:

Has proven experience managing a dental or healthcare clinic

Is ready to roll up your sleeves and take initiative

Understands local market trends and how to attract & retain patients

Has excellent communication and leadership skills

Thrives in fast-moving, resource-light environments

Is tech-savvy and confident using dental practice software

Has strong understanding of treatment workflows and compliance

Loves creating a positive, efficient, and caring team culture
