Our client is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee and elevate daily operations at our high-performing dental clinic in Victoria. With 3 dentists, a skilled hygiene/therapy team, and strong support staff, this is your chance to lead a warm, high-end practice backed by the strength of a national network.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of Dental Assistants and Receptionists

Manage practice budgets, stock ordering, appointment coordination, and staff development

Drive a positive team culture, coach team members, and identify opportunities for business growth

Collaborate closely with the Principal Dentist and PDM

Ensure a seamless blend of boutique-family values and corporate best practices

Who You Are:

An experienced Practice Manager with 3+ years in a dental or healthcare setting

A natural leader who balances empathy with authority

Business-savvy with the ability to run a practice efficiently and profitably

Someone with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment

Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting or Practice Management (desirable but not essential)
