Your Role
We are searching for a world-class B2B Marketing Manager to build and run Cybertify’s entire demand generation engine. This is not branding. This is not fluff. This is about owning market attention, generating serious inbound pipeline, and positioning Cybertify as the most respected cybersecurity consulting firm in Australia.
You must be fluent in:
Full-funnel campaign orchestration
Performance marketing across LinkedIn, Meta, Youtube, Google
Platform automation (Salesforce, analytics, segmentation)
Growth loops, retargeting, intent triggers, and buyer psychology
You must be obsessed with marketing results. If you don’t know your exact CPL benchmarks for LinkedIn Ads in APAC — or the difference in lead conversion between carousel vs. single image — this role is not for you.
Core Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation & Paid Performance
Architect and run full-funnel paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Youtube and Google
Build segmented campaigns by industry, buyer persona, deal size, and urgency
Launch and optimise A/B variants with precision (headline, CTA, asset, audience)
Integrate all performance tracking through Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and offline conversion syncing
Set and hit hard CPL, CTR, and ROI benchmarks weekly
2. Funnel, CRM, and Automation Infrastructure
Own Salesforce’s marketing stack — from list segmentation to advanced workflows
Build scalable nurture sequences, lead scoring models, and lifecycle automation
Design and deploy high-conversion landing pages, Typeform lead flows, and gated assets
Ensure end-to-end attribution, from ad click to contract close
3. Social & Brand Growth Execution
Own LinkedIn organic content strategy — from hooks to hashtags, from founder content to team-based distribution
Build followers through precision storytelling, commentary, and content loops
Ensure tone, relevance, and visual consistency are world-class
Run scheduled social funnels for service promotion, hiring, and authority building
4. Event & Channel Partnerships
Secure Cybertify’s presence at high-value events and institutions: LegalTech, FinTech Australia, AusCERT, CeBIT, ACS, AISA, and more
Build and promote live webinars, seminars, roundtables, and sponsorships
Ensure post-event workflows are in place for warm lead capture, segmentation, and reactivation
5. Content & Collateral Creation
Own all digital assets: pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, lead magnets, and gated content
Collaborate with internal teams to build client-ready service collateral
Write and edit high-performing copy that converts
Mandatory Sector Experience
Experience marketing cybersecurity services to the following sectors is mandatory:
Financial Services & Fintech
Medical & Aged Care
Technology & SaaS
Education
Legal
Not-for-Profit (NFP)
You must understand the buying behaviour, compliance pressures, and messaging nuances required to convert leads in these environments.
Role Requirements
5+ years of B2B marketing experience within a cybersecurity consulting firm (not SaaS)
Expert-level hands-on ability with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads
Proven track record generating leads and building pipeline in regulated industries
Strong campaign execution skills and ability to manage multiple active campaigns
Demonstrated success growing social media presence and converting event promotions into leads
Salesforce, Google Analytics, and CRM performance tracking experience
Evidence of growing B2B brands, running live event promotions, and managing full funnel execution
Workplace Requirements
Tech-savvy and systems-minded — this is a digital-first, paperless environment
Structured and driven — must operate with speed and precision
Based in Sydney, minimum 3 days per week onsite
Dedicated, professional home office setup required for remote work
Performance Metrics
Qualified inbound leads per channel (LinkedIn, Meta, Youtube and Google)
Campaign ROI, CPL, conversion rate by audience segment
Growth in social media engagement and brand presence
Registrations and conversions from events and webinars
Internal alignment with Sales and measurable pipeline contribution
Contribution to marketing playbooks, assets, and campaign infrastructure
