The Role:

As Project Manager, you will report to the Construction Manager and collaborate closely with the internal Design Team. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a major mixed-use project comprising over 900 residential units, retail precincts, parklands, and extensive landscaping works—valued at approximately $600M

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all project phases from concept to handover
• Leading project teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure program, budget, and design milestones are met
• Overseeing D&C design management and buildability reviews
• Ensuring site safety, quality control, and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Engaging with council, consultants, and external parties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential projects in Sydney
• Strong programming, planning, and logistics capabilities, particularly in high-density urban environments
• Confidence liaising with councils and managing stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget
