About the role
Empowered Living Care is seeking a highly organised and efficient Junior Personal Assistant/Office Assistant to join our team based in Caringbah, NSW. This role will provide crucial administrative and organisational support to our Director and leadership team, enabling them to focus on driving the strategic direction of the business. The ideal candidate will work 5 days a week in the office 9am -5pm, however we are open to discussing part-time days and or hours for the right fit.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and events
Handling incoming communications, screening calls, and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
Maintaining and organising office systems, records, and filing
Supporting the executive management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Assisting the Director with day to day tasks
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role is preferred, however not essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
