Enterprise Plus is a Not-For-Profit organisation delivering government programs across much of southern NSW.
Operating for more than 35 years we currently have offices in 5 locations across NSW and 1 in VIC.
We presently operate Business Hubs in Albury, Wodonga and Wagga Wagga and are developing one in Queanbeyan that will additionally serve as the head office for the organisation.
Enterprise Plus is a growing organisation, with exciting plans, that prides itself on its friendly and supportive workplace culture.
We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant to perform a dual role:
Office and admin coordination / receptionist for our Business Hub in Albury
Virtual Assistant for clients of Enterprise Plus
One of the main government programs delivered by Enterprise Plus is a business advisory and support program. This works in tandem with the Business Hubs operated in several locations, where the key focus is in helping small to medium sized organisations to grow and thrive.
We are seeking an experienced Executive or Personal Assistant who can manage the very minimal day to day requirements of our Albury office whilst also delivering Virtual Assistant services to small to medium sized businesses across our region.
The first role of its kind within Enterprise Plus, our goal is to grow this offering over time to help more businesses in our region to have the support they need and enable the owners to focus on growing their businesses, unburdened by many of the day-to-day administration and communication tasks that can weigh them down.
This is your opportunity to oversee an office that is currently not staffed whilst focusing on building a client base of businesses that need a dynamic, organised, detailed focused and savvy business partner to help them become more efficient and kick their goals.
Hubs Administration & Operations Oversight
Managing relationships with tenants, casual hot desk client plus casual meeting space bookers
Setting up meetings space as required
Handling casual enquiries
Office facilities oversight and coordination
Virtual Assistant Support for clients could include
Plan, organize, and execute activities and meetings
Manage and maintain calendars
Handle administrative tasks such as digital filing
Respond to emails and phone calls
Book travel and accommodation
Create presentations and write official, company-wide correspondence or reports
Maintain and manage contacts
Create presentations and documents
Manage social media
Research, gather and organize data for statistical analysis
Basic bookkeeping
Track spending and prepare expense reports
Website management
Social media management
Qualifications & Experience
Experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Manager
Excellent organising and task juggling skills
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Expert in online teamwork and collaboration tools as well as office software
Discreet and a vault for confidential information
Administration, management or business qualifications beneficial
