A busy Solicitor and Accounting firm in the Hawkesbury is looking for a full time office assistant.
Your tasks will include:
Administration and Reception work
Some bookkeeping duties will be required; and
Assisting the Office Manager and Accountants.
We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude who is ready to take on this position.
Your transferable skill:
strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to work within a team environment
be able to plan, organise and maintain workflow to meet priorities & deadlines
Accounting software knowledge MYOB (highly regarded)
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Worked in administration role previously such as their own business (highly regarded)
$55k plus Super and Training.
