About the Role
You’ll be an essential part of the office operations, with responsibilities including:
Preparing outgoing correspondence
Opening, distributing, and franking mail
Scanning, copying, and binding documents
Providing reception relief during lunch and absences
Professionally greeting clients and managing calls
Managing office stock and coordinating orders/deliveries
Maintaining common areas and cleanliness
Updating the client database
Assisting with internal meetings and events
Supporting fellow admin team members as needed
Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your role and take on new administrative challenges.
Ideally you will have;
1 + year previous experience in a public practice accounting firm environment
Great written and verbal communication
A friendly, confident personality with a team-first mindset
Integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
The ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Solid Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
