Multiple Administration Roles in Accounting Firms:
Multiple Administrative roles vacant in Boutique and Mid-tier Accounting Firms. They are looking for Administrative professionals who have previous experience working in an accounting practice to join their teams.
Locations are in Fortitude Valley and Mount Gravatt.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients and accounting team, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
Liaise with the ATO and manage ATO lodgements.
Corporate secretarial tasks including ASIC filing and preparation of ASIC forms to maintain correct Company records.
Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties to support efficient workflow.
Assist with monthly billing and debtor management.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking appointments, filing, printing & scanning.
Requirements
At least 12 months experience working in an accounting practice (essential).
Proficient in using accounting software such as: Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, FYI Docs, CAS360 etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, reliable and self-motivated.
