We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join the administrative team at Brighton Minds on casual basis.

You will be part of a professional Admin Team, supporting Consultant Psychiatrists and Psychologists in ensuring patients are welcomed with a smile and supported throughout their visit.

The receptionist role includes various administrative tasks and key duties:

Be the first point of contact to welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Managing Patient Appointments

Handling telephone and email enquires

Processing daily billings and payments

Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records with sensitivity and confidentiality

Provide general admin support to Consultant Psychiatrists and Psychologists as required

To be successful in this role you need:

A positive, proactive, and can do attitude

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a medical practice environment

Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Proficient computer skills and be confident with web based applications (preferably Gentu)

Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well independently and in a team

Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure
