About the role
We have an opportunity for a Employee Relations Specialist to be part of our Workforce Relations & Reform, People & Capability Command. The Employee Relations Specialist provides accurate information and advice to all areas of the organisation in relation to employee relations and policy issues. The role also contributes to the development of strategies to assist in resolving issues and disputes.

Describe a time where you have been responsible for providing advice to a Manager/Commander regarding a HR/ER matter, where they didn’t agree with the advice provided. How did you approach the situation and what was the outcome? What (if any) lessons did you take away from this experience?
