About The Role
Elders is in the midst of a multimillion dollar digital transformation program, which will technically enhance the way they work and provide far more efficient outcomes to their customers and employees. As the Enterprise Applications Specialist, you will be a key member of the IT Applications team and be responsible for managing roll out of new functionalities, as well as supporting ongoing business issues for ERP applications.
Other key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for projects involving implementation, testing, designing, upgrading and changing D365 modules
• Providing Leadership to Level 2 Support team and escalation point on D365 related issues
• Ensuring effective reporting basis agile principles and ensuring best usage of resources
• Contributing to the team’s business plan
• Working constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture

About You
The successful candidate will undertake and manage all activities involved in the management of enterprise platforms being rolled out under the System Modernisation program.
You will also bring:

• Hands on experience in managing enterprise platforms like D365 (F&O and Commerce)
• Experience working with System Integrators and Managed Services Providers to effectively manage ITIL processes
• Good exposure to implementing enhancements to existing system processes and adding new functionalities
• Minimum 5 years experience managing enterprise platforms
• Relevant certifications for D365 is a must
