Positive Energy Solutions is the leading solar and battery solutions provider in WA, based in Osborne Park. We’re a locally owned and operated company of solar industry professionals. The Role:
With the announcement of both a State and Federal battery rebate the business is experiencing a level of unprecedented growth and seeking a long term HR Administration Manager to join us full time in the office.
We are ideally seeking someone highly process driven from a fast paced trades environment. Possessing strong administration skills, ERM software skills, knowledge of HR and able to manage remote staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage the process from sale to post-installation
Ensure all job information is complete and accurate
Facilitate smooth communication between support and sales staff
Manage 6 remote sales support staff
Answer queries from customers, staff, suppliers and technicians on the phone and via email
Coordinate onboarding and training
Be the ERM expert and support others
Review and manage performance reviews
Create, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
Updating and maintaining HR processes

Successful Criteria:
Experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally trades or similar
Highly process driven with excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience using ERM systems, Excel and Outlook
Eager to take ownership of the role and be a team player
Well spoken with a friendly personality
