We’ve partnered with a high-growth, tech-led business to find a rare talent - someone who can build, scale, and lead an entirely new business division focused on OEMs, dealerships, and strategic automotive partners.

This is not just a Head of Sales role. It’s a commercial leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and has a track record of building new business lines from the ground up.

What you will be leading:

• A brand-new, executive-level business unit in a fintech scale-up;
• Strategy, sales, and commercial ownership of a multi-million-dollar automotive finance channel;
• Existing relationships with national and global partners across EV, luxury, and consumer auto; and
• An initial team of 6–7 across direct sales, partnerships, product and channel growth - with runway to build a team of 30+.

What you will come with:

• Proven experience leading in automotive finance, OEMs, dealer networks, or asset finance;
• P&L ownership, commercial acumen and a sharp understanding of product, ops and tech;
• Demonstrated ability to drive and execute complex, long-term partnerships;
• Strong leadership style - able to inspire high performance and build from zero to scale; and
• Background in a structured environment (e.g. bank or finance provider) with a hands-on mindset.
