About the Role
Lead a top-performing business unit with ambitious growth targets
Manage national sales, forecasting, supply chain, pricing, and GTM execution
Oversee product categories including B2B monitors, memory, portable storage, and professional display solutions
Collaborate with global HQ on road-map localisation and strategy
Engage with enterprise clients, retail partners, and integrators across IT, AV, education, retail, and infrastructure sectors
Be the commercial custodian of a business that is both high-volume and innovation-led
Profile
What We're Looking For
Proven track record leading a hardware or tech P&L - ideally in AV, IT, consumer electronics, or adjacent categories
Deep understanding of product lifecycle, channel strategy, and pricing
Experience balancing retail and B2B sales channels in the Australian market
Strong leadership capability with a hands-on, commercially minded approach
Comfortable working with global HQs and navigating supply and demand cycles
Data-driven decision maker with a bias for execution and outcomes
