Multiple roles available, we are open to Leading Hand experience in piling or formwork projects across Victoria.

The Company
A renowned piling contractor in the Melbourne market for over 20 years, delivering to a wide range of longstanding clients across, residential, civil, industrial and commercial industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of skilled workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conducting regular site inspections to identify any potential safety hazards or quality issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and timesheets.

Requirements to be successful

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Leading Hand role within the Piling construction industry.
• Excavator/Machinery Tickets (Current)
• Natural leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
