• Skilled Landscapers, Concreters, Civil or Irrigation Tradies ready to level up

• Subcontractors wanting stable work without the admin headache

• Travellers on working holiday visas who are physically fit and ready to roll

• Ambitious 3rd or 4th year apprentices who are confident with tools and ready to lead

About the Role

You’ll be working autonomously at times and at other times leading small crews to deliver commercial landscape and sports field projects including:

• Earthworks, sub-base prep, trenching and concreting

• Installing synthetic turf for bowling greens, tennis courts, playgrounds

• Drainage, irrigation, brickwork and general landscaping

• Coordinating onsite works, subcontractors, materials, and WHS

You’ll Need

• White Card (essential)

• 2+ years experience in landscaping, concreting or construction

• Exceptional people skills as this is also a client facing role

• Great leadership and communication skills

• Driver’s Licence

• Computer skills (email, apps – you'll need to be comfortable and confident with your laptop and mobile phone)

• A positive, proactive, “get stuck in” attitude

• Willingness to travel for work (we cover costs)

• Police clearance (or ability to obtain one)

Licences like truck, excavator, working at heights are a bonus.
