This is an opportunity to join an established national retailer organisation based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The Role

You will proactively support the internal userbase with IT issues and manage various Microsoft 365 technologies.

More specific duties are highlighted below:

• Support and maintain the M365 suite of products
• Optimise end user computing services
• Create and continuously contribute to knowledge base articles
• Administer and troubleshoot networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks.

Your Profile

You will be a team player with excellent communication skills that takes pride in technical troubleshooting and delivering fantastic customer service.

Experience in a similar role would be preferred, along with technical knowledge in the following:

• Microsoft 365 (EntraID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune)
• MS Azure
• Business systems
• Networking devices
• Computer hardware, printers and peripherals.

Industry certifications would be advantageous.
