We’re hiring for a fast-growing SaaS business in the FinTech space. They’re scaling quickly and need a Product Support Engineer to help manage technical issues, customer feedback, and support the product team as they grow.
You’ll sit between the Customer Success and Product teams, helping triage bugs, read logs, and work closely with engineers to improve the product. The product manager is swamped with feature requests, so this role is key to keeping things moving.
What you’ll be doing:
Investigate and triage technical issues from customers (via HubSpot)
Log and track bugs in Azure DevOps
Use OpenSearch to dig into logs and help with root cause analysis
Work with engineers and product managers to prioritise fixes and features
Help test bug fixes and write internal support documents
What we’re looking for:
Experience supporting a SaaS product
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read logs/code
Familiar with Azure DevOps, HubSpot, OpenSearch (or ELK)
Comfortable working with APIs and cloud environments (AWS a bonus)
Ability to read code and understand API behaviour (e.g. Postman, RESTful APIs)
Great communicator who can work across teams
