The Role:
Are you a tech enthusiast who thrives on solving problems and making a real difference? As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to hero for our clients, delivering exceptional Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support to keep their businesses running smoothly. From troubleshooting Microsoft 365 to tackling network challenges, you’ll dive into diverse IT environments, grow your skills with hands-on experience, and pave the way for a rewarding career in a fast-growing MSP. This role requires on-site client visits, so owning a car is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools for hardware, software, and network issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS systems, and network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Administer user accounts, permissions, and software installations in Microsoft 365 and other platforms.

Document all tickets and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.

Perform on-site client visits for hardware repairs, installations, or network setups.

Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk support (Level 1 and Level 2).

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto) and remote desktop tools.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Must own a reliable car and hold a valid Australian driver’s licence (client site visits required).

Desirable Skills:

Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or similar.

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) or cybersecurity principles.

Experience with Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM).
