We’re currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time role.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks to ensure our accounts are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and receivable.
Bank and credit card reconciliations.
Payroll processing and superannuation.
BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement.
Financial reporting and cashflow monitoring.
Maintaining accurate records in Xero.
Liaising with the accountant and external stakeholders as needed.
About You
Proven experience in bookkeeping (minimum 2 years preferred).
Proficient in Xero.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Relevant qualifications - Cert IV in Bookkeeping or similar.
