Location: Moyhu, Victoria (20 minutes from Wangaratta)
Salary: Approximately $75,000 per annum (FTE)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time | Office-based (some flexibility available)

About the Role

This role is ideal for a capable and confident bookkeeping all-rounder who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with a tight-knit, supportive team. You’ll work across a broad range of clients, managing their day-to-day bookkeeping needs, from bank reconciliations to BAS preparation.

You’ll be supported with structured onboarding and have the chance to deepen your expertise across a range of industries, all while working from a beautiful rural office with vineyard views.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Perform bank reconciliations and process journal entries

Prepare BAS and support general compliance requirements

Maintain accurate records and manage accounts to trial balance

Use accounting software including MYOB, Xero, and Reckon

Liaise with clients to gather information and support their bookkeeping needs

Some payroll processing as required

What You’ll Bring

Solid experience in commercial bookkeeping

Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, Reckon and Microsoft Office

Attention to detail, with accurate and efficient work practices

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files

A genuine interest in supporting small business clients
