The Opportunity

Lead sales strategy / execution for this trusted, technically strong integrator of open-source BMS (Building Management Systems) / EMS (Energy Management Systems) solutions.

NSW-based company, 10+ years established, team of 10-15, great people.

They need help building relationships directly with NSW Facilities Managers, Building Owners and Property Groups - as their business has come primarily through Mechanical Contractors to date.

Their NABERS & GreenStar Compliance offerings are in particular demand, given the government's legislated move to six-star rated buildings from this July.

What You'll Do

Own the entire sales pipeline - from prospecting to close with full autonomy.

Build relationships across NSW commercial property and facilities management - targeting NSW facilities managers, property groups and building owners directly to uncover new project and service opportunities.

Leverage technical team support for complex BMS / EMS solutions and compliance requirements - project values will typically range from $100K-$500K+

Work flexibly from Wynyard or Helensburgh offices

What We're Looking For

Essential:

3+ years selling to NSW facilities managers, building owners and/or property groups

Proven track record in consultative, relationship-driven sales

Self-motivated with strong communication and reporting skills

Technical curiosity and willingness to learn smart building technologies

Advantageous:

BMS, HVAC, or commercial building services background

Existing contacts in NSW facilities management/commercial property
