Front of House / Client experience manager at Enhance Aesthetics Coffs Harbour brow and skin clinic – Join Our team !

Part time 25 hrs 3 days P/W ( Day and hours flexible )

Weekdays only ( no weekends)

Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.

Are you warm, organised and passionate about delivering exceptional client experience?

We are looking for a professional, people focused Front of House to be the welcoming face of our high-end skin and brow clinic.

Key responsibility:

Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism

Managing bookings and appointment schedules

Handling phone, social media and email enquiries

Supporting the team with general admin and daily operations

Processing payments and maintaining a tidy, organised reception area

Your personal attributes

A warm confident communicator: You are professional, articulate, and approachable, with the ability to provide top-tier customer service.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills : From managing bookings to handling client records, precision and efficiency are key to ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and professionally everyday.

Comfortable with technology and booking systems: While we’ll train you on specific salon software, you’ll need to be confident navigating digital tools, managing calendars and communicating with client inquiries in person, over the phone, social media, and via email.

A collaborative and supportive mindset: Supporting the team with general admin and daily operations, as-well as a friendly mindset and attitude towards our clinic culture as our healthy happy work environment is so important to us.

Works with integrity and self-direction: You’re honest, reliable, and take initiative. Manage your responsibilities independently, and maintain high stands in a fast paced setting on busy days.
