What You’ll Do:

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment
• Develop meaningful connections with customers to understand their needs and tailor suitable repayment plans
• Guide customers through available solutions, addressing concerns with empathy and confidence
• Keep detailed and professional records in the CRM system (training on Salesforce provided)
• Take ownership of your customer portfolio, managing cases independently while collaborating with the broader team
• Follow company procedures and compliance standards to ensure all actions meet internal and external requirements

About You:

• You’re a natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people and creating impactful conversations
• Thick-skinned, resilient, and comfortable with handling objections
• Sales-focused with a natural ability to influence and problem-solve
• Positive, team-oriented, and always ready to jump in and help
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven—you love to smash KPIs
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a call centre environment is a plus
