What will you be doing in this role:

Step out of property management or admin into a blended role that will see you manage buyers, attend open homes, photo shoots and look after sales admin.

• Book and attend photoshoots
• Schedule pest and building, valuation and private inspections
• Prepare open and auction packs
• Order contracts
• Manage all exchange and settlement communication
• Prepare just listed and sold flyers
• Database management
• Prepare marketing materials
• Buyer call backs and manage buyer inquiry
• Attend open homes and private inspections

The right candidate will have:

• Current Certificate of Registration
• A drivers license and reliable car
• 12 months real estate experience
• Confident communication skills
• Flexibility to work Saturdays
• Sharp presentation as you will be client facing
