Our team is seeking a Buyer's Agent Research Assistant who is ready to ready to hit the ground running, has a passion for property, and is committed to providing exceptional service. The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance their skillset while being mentored and supported by our highly experienced Managing Director.

The role includes but is not limited to;

Supporting Managing Director/Buyers Agent

Liaising with relevant stakeholders (clients, solicitors, lenders, real estate agents, tradesman, pest & building inspectors)

Organising inspections, Pre & Post Purchase Admin & client updates

Undertaking market research for potential purchase’s and rental levels

Assist with sourcing properties & collating shortlists for clients

Assist with investment analysis & cashflows

Various general admin tasks & general support role requirements

The ideal candidate:

Several years background in the property industry or related field

Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach are essential qualities.

Passionate about property & assisting client’s to achieve their dreams

Demonstrated intermediate - level skills in Microsoft word, excel and Outlook

Self-motivated individual with initiative, who can work autonomously

Great attention to detail

Customer service experience & focused

Ability to follow directions and work as a team member.

Willingness to learn and apply new skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
