About the Role
As a Leasing Agent, you will manage the full leasing process for a portfolio of UKO properties in Sydney. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you will be responsible for driving leasing performance, maximising occupancy, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a highly sales-oriented role, involving lead management, conducting inspections, and processing tenancy applications.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing tenant concerns and creating a welcoming environment.
Engage with prospective residents by understanding their needs and providing tailored property recommendations.
Ensure a seamless, professional experience from enquiry through to move-in.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, nurturing relationships to secure future opportunities.
Collaborate closely with property teams to ensure operational excellence.
Residential Leasing & Sales Performance
Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
Conduct private viewings and open inspections, highlighting key features, amenities, and community benefits.
Maintain accurate and organised records within the CRM system.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular leasing reports and actionable insights to optimise pricing and leasing strategies.
This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting professional eager to take ownership of the leasing process and contribute to a growing, innovative organisation.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in property leasing, real estate, hospitality, or customer service (highly regarded but not essential).
Strong time management and organisational skills.
High attention to detail in record-keeping and property management.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building resident relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Current Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential).
Access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
