The Role

• Manage your own ledger of customers including 2 of the Major Accounts
  
• Dealing with customer claims, investigating and resolving queries
  
• Run weekly debtor reports and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date
  
• Cash Allocation
  
• Reconciliation
  
• Liaise with the warehouse teams who will be raising and sending the invoices
  
• Managing the debt collection process and making inbound and outbound collection calls
  
• Assist on month-end reporting
  

The Person

• End to end AR/Collections experience, ability to manage your own ledger
  
• Large ERP Software experience essential (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle)
  
• Salesforce would be desirable
  
• Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, outgoing character who can work independently and in a team environment
  
• Happy with working 5 days in the office
