What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make and receive high volumes of calls to help customers get back on track
• Use smart tools and skip tracing to reconnect with hard-to-reach customers
• Follow up with customers to address their arrears balance

• Build rapport, handle objections, and negotiate payment plans or settlements
• Work with third parties such as field agents and legal teams to resolve cases
• Assist with financial hardship assessments and provide genuine support
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Who You Are:

• Demonstrated high performance in sales, customer service or a call centre role
• Confidence in conversations and strong negotiation skills
• Experience in skip tracing or litigation is a bonus - but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office - Salesforce experience is a bonus
• Energy, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude
