We have an opportunity for a Brisbane based Construction Manager (Insurance building background) to join the new QLD division of a boutique insurance repair builder.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you will be joining this division in it's start-up phase, and working alongside the State Manager to establish and grow the team.

You will have a Building Supervisor and Restoration Technician reporting directly to you + support from the Desktop Estimating & Project Coordination team interstate.

Initial projects will be predominantly residential BAU focused, however the company have plans to move into major loss in the near future.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The starting salary is $135,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle. A bonus scheme + performance based salary review will be implemented after the probationary period.

ABOUT YOU

Insurance repair building experience - ideally within both supervising, estimating and leadership.

Prior experience in a similar role as Construction Manager OR a talented Site Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.

Local to Brisbane - a local trade base and industry connections highly advantageous.

Proven longevity in previous positions and an interest to commit and grow with the company long-term.

Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly.

Industry qualifications including Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction and QBCC Supervisors's or Builder's License highly advantageous.

Well-presented and professional.
