Ascend Recruit are the hunt for a strategic and experienced Head of Property Management to lead a high-performing team within a luxury real estate agency based in Burleigh.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead & Support the PM Team
  Mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing property management team
• Drive Growth
  Work with the BDM to grow the rent roll and maximise revenue
• Maintain Operational Excellence
  Oversee KPIs, service levels, and streamline systems and processes
• Ensure Compliance & Minimise Risk
  Stay across QLD tenancy legislation and support the team with escalated matters
• Champion Tech & Systems
  Drive efficiency through PropertyMe, IRE, CRM platforms, and automation tools
• Financial Oversight
  Collaborate with directors on budgeting, P&L reviews, and improving profitability
• Recruit & Onboard
  Hire top talent and deliver thorough onboarding and training
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  Build strong landlord relationships, run investor events, and secure supplier sponsorships

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy laws and housing standards
• A people-first leader with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with financial reporting, KPIs, and PM software
• Current QLD Real Estate Licence
• Driver’s licence and reliable, presentable vehicle
• Rent roll acquisition experience is highly regarded
