Senior Account Manager – Step Into Strategic Leadership

We’re seeking an experienced insurance broker with technical depth, strong commercial instincts, and a collaborative leadership style to help drive growth and strengthen team capability.

Your Day-to-Day
- Manage and grow a profitable commercial portfolio
- Provide strategic, tailored advice across ISR, Casualty (including Excess Lines), Commercial Motor, Plant & Equipment, Financial Lines, Construction, and Marine
- Lead and develop junior brokers and administrative team
- Support business development activities, including cross-sell and new client acquisition
- Drive service excellence, compliance, and ongoing operational improvement
- Play a key role in shaping future plans alongside executive leadership
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial broking, with a strong technical skillset
- Expertise across a wide range of general lines, especially ISR and Liability
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
- RG146 compliance and Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) required
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or an MBA highly regarded
- Commercially astute, relationship-driven, and committed to quality advice
