The Opportunity:
As the Partnership Specialist at Outsourcey, you will be at the forefront of our supportive team, driving growth and building meaningful relationships. We provide you with hot leads daily, no cold calling, allowing you to focus on nurturing connections and closing deals! Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' requirements and objectives.
Representing Outsourcey.com with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm by effectively showcasing our outsourcing solutions and services.
Customise proposals and solutions to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Maintain a well-organised pipeline of leads and opportunities, accurately tracking all sales activities and updates.
Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Providing regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and achievements.
What We're Looking For:
Previous sales experience selling service-based solutions, demonstrating a successful track record in identifying client needs and tailoring services to meet those needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong professional relationship building.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients, ensuring positive and reliable partnerships through effective and genuine interactions.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales, consistently seeking new opportunities and taking initiative to drive sales performance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, organising their schedule and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets without supervision.
Proficient in using HubSpot sales CRM, leveraging its features to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
