What You’ll Be Doing

This is hands-on, real-world selling — no fluff, just results.

Act on new leads fast – reach out, qualify, and book site visits directly with potential clients.

Head to site – complete accurate measurements and understand exactly what the client needs.

Quote with confidence – deliver clean, professional quotes that reflect the value we bring.

Follow up and close – stay sharp, stay on it, and convert interest into locked-in work.

Build real relationships – stay connected with our builders and clients so they come back time and time again.

Keep things moving – respond to emails, update the CRM, and keep your pipeline clear and active.
