The Role - Sales Development Representative
This position is an ideal fit for someone with some outbound selling experience, looking to step into the tech/finance world and build a meaningful, long-term career.

Responsibilities
As part of the sales team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior salespeople throughout the sales cycle. This will provide you with an opportunity to learn and develop the skills needed to present solutions effectively to clients.
Day to day:
- Develop a list of target accounts and identify potential leads to reach out to.
- Research key stakeholders to refine value propositions and tailor outreach.
- Use outbound sourcing strategies such as email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate leads.
- Qualifying inbound leads and assessing their potential as sales opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns and events to increase brand awareness.
- Innovate sales techniques to engage with prospects and stand out from competitors.
- Build relationships with internal teams to share information and contribute to product development.

Salary
Up to $75k base + super + commission $110K OTE
Commission paid on qualified meetings AND closed sales
