We’re a Sydney-based company importing premium aluminium double-glazed windows and doors directly from China. We supply developers, builders, and residential clients. With solid logistics in place and a 10-week turnaround from order to delivery, we’re ready to grow — and we need the right person to help us make it happen.

Be part of a driven, agile start-up on track for serious growth

Unique incentive: After 12 months, you’ll be eligible for 10% of the company’s net profits (after costs) — if we achieve $1 million in gross turnover

Base pay (negotiable based on experience) + commission/bonus structure

Company car and fuel allowance for work use

Flexible employment: full-time or casual — we’ll tailor this for the right candidate

Valid driver’s licence (you’ll be using a company car)

Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction processes

Confident, self-driven, and excellent at building rapport with clients

Ideally, with a strong background in windows/doors or the wider building industry

Generate quality leads and build relationships with builders, developers, and homeowners

Actively seek out new business opportunities in the construction and renovation sectors
