Our client is a high energy group who consistently invest in their people. With clients spanning right across the country, they are definitely an industry leader. This role is based out of the Sydney head office and will involve some interstate travel, and will be pivotal in driving revenue growth across the group's many properties.
Job Description
As a new addition to the business you will identify and develop new business opportunities through your work with the marketing team, networking, and with targeted sales strategies. The role is responsible for developing new strategic business partnerships resulting in high-quality leads and relationships that will deliver overall revenue growth, and ensure that all the venues within the group hit their sales targets.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have superb problem-solving skills, adaptability, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to think strategically to identify new business opportunities, and be able to successfully implement plans that maximise sales growth and market share increase.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience in hospitality or a similar industry
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiatives
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload
- Stakeholder management and accountability to the organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An existing portfolio of relevant clients or industry connections
- A confident and persuasive manner
