Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in technology sales, including IT, SaaS, marketing tech, or other digital services, who wants to hit the ground running and make a real impact from day one.

You must bring at least 2 years of sales experience in a relevant tech field and demonstrate the ability to leverage an existing professional network. We're seeking someone proactive, confident on the phone, and eager to grow with the business.

Location: Campbelltown Office, NSW (Office-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Base + High Commission (Uncapped)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and engage prospective clients.

Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Leverage existing networks to accelerate lead generation and conversion.

Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and networking.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams.

Represent the business in a professional and approachable manner.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or sales within a technology-focused industry (e.g., IT, SaaS, digital marketing, or technical services).

A demonstrable existing professional network relevant to the role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs or sales targets.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working independently.

Professional presentation and a genuine interest in growing with the business.
