This isn’t your average 2IC role. You’ll be more than just second in charge — you’ll be the heartbeat of the team, helping us drive both compliance excellence and a positive, people-first culture.

💼 Your Role

As our Wellbeing & Compliance Champion, you’ll:

Support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations and decision-making

Take the lead on compliance, ensuring all practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations

Champion staff wellbeing, cultivating a happy, connected team culture

Provide lunch break coverage across all rooms, giving you hands-on understanding of each team and the children they support

Help implement the QIP and ensure we’re always growing and improving together

Be a go-to mentor for educators and a trusted support to families

👩‍🏫 About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)

Has leadership experience or is ready to step up

Is confident with documentation, compliance, and NQS knowledge

Leads with empathy, positivity, and a team-first mindset

Can work across all rooms and engage with all age groups
