Assistant Director / Educational Leader

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Supporting the Centre Director with day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.

Lead the development, implementation, and reflection of the educational program in line with MTOP and NQS.

Mentor and guide Educators to build their professional capacity and support continuous improvement.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports each child’s learning journey.
