Kiros Early Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director and/or Educational Leader to join our dedicated team at our brand new 60 place centre in Blackett.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early childhood professional who is ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of early learning in a supportive and values-driven environment.

What you will be doing:

Support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.

Lead the development, implementation, and reflection of the educational program in line with the EYLF and NQS.

Mentor and guide educators to build their professional capacity and support continuous improvement.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports each child’s learning journey.

Support the team with documentation, curriculum planning, and professional development.

We’re looking for someone who has:

A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

Proven experience in a leadership or senior educator role.

Deep knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current early childhood legislation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style.

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
